FITMENT:

We strongly recommend that all parts are fitted by a qualified mechanic.  The complexity of engines is increasing as well as the costs associated with repairing them when parts are incorrectly fitted.

Equivalent Part Numbers: The only way to be 100% sure that the part will fit your vehicle is to check the part against the original unit. If you are unsure, please send us a message with your full registration number and vehicle details and we'll help.

RETURNS:

Before sending an item back, please email our Customer Service team at techsupport@allhead.com.au to allow for efficient processing of your return.  Our Customer Service Team will be in contact Monday to Friday between 9AM - 5PM AEST excluding public holidays.

Make sure the item is unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging with all accessories included. Do not attach the return shipping label to the product packaging. Doing so will void your return.

Note, if the cylinder head, gasket and/or head bolts are fitted, then there is no return. These parts will be deemed to be used.

Securely place the items into your AHS delivery packaging (or a similar sized box if you no longer have it). Please ensure that your item is packed safely and securely to prevent damage in transit.

We will email you instructions and a shipping/consignment note.  You will need to print this off and securely tape it to the packaging you are shipping the product back to us in.

Once done, contact TNT and organise to have it picked up.
