How is my purchase shipped?

We use TNT to ship your product to a physical location anywhere in Australia.

If you've purchased an engine, then you will require an engine crane or similar to off load the engine from the delivery vehicle.  

Before the engine is actually dispatched you will receive a call/email from us confirming the engine and delivery details.

The engine will arrive secured on a wooden pallet.

You will receive a consignment number when the shipment has been processed and will be able to track your shipment on www.tntonline.com.au

Exchange parts

Before we ship these items, we will contact you to ensure all the parts are correct.

The majority of our engines and cylinder heads are sold on an exchange basis. That means we need your engine/cylinder back.  We will contact you to organise to have it shipped back to us.

Engines/Cylinder heads need to be drained of all fluid.

Engines need to be contained within the confines of a wooden pallet, and wrapped in glad wrap, which you can source from your kitchen or local supermarket.  The engine needs to be secured to the pallet.

You will need to have the ability to load the engine onto the courier vehicle.  This is at your cost.

Cylinder heads, need to be contained within a box with no parts protruding from the box.

Can I return my parts?

We can only accept returns for items that are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all accessories. You have 14 business days from the date of purchase to return items for an exchange, refund, or store credit.

NOTE: If the cylinder head, gasket and/or bolts have been fitted, then there is no refund or return.  These items have been used and cannot be resold.
